The ISDE scheme (Investment Subsidy for Sustainable Energy and Energy Savings) is intended for homeowners, companies and non-profit organisations looking to make their homes or buildings more sustainable.
The subsidy can be applied for the following investments:
For private homeowners:
When private homeowners implement two or more insulation measures within a certain period, they may be eligible for a higher subsidy amount.
For companies:
Depending on the type of installation, capacity, or size of the measure.
Apply for a grantThe level of the subsidy varies per measure and is determined based on the type of installation, its capacity, or the surface area involved.
For some measures, fixed subsidy amounts apply per unit or per square metre, while for others, the subsidy depends on the technical specifications of the system.
The ISDE includes various technical and administrative requirements for each measure. Installations must meet specific technical criteria (such as minimum insulation surface areas) and be listed on the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) approved equipment list. In addition, installations and materials must be new and installed by a certified construction or installation company.
